Maintenance guy doesn’t fix anything!! My toilet has been clogged for 3 months. My closet door fell off. I ask him nicely to fix it and he says no or complain. We had 3 unit inspections and he haven’t fixed anything!! Good luck calling the office for a maintenance emergency she never answers! & when you tell her in person she forgets.

You are better off living elsewhere until you can obtain a housing voucher instead. Management shows favoritism for some individuals, particularly ones who are disobey their leases and smoke on the premises. Because they are government funded public housing, they cut corners such as using the thinnest legal insulation between apartments. There is no designated tornado shelter.

You are better off living elsewhere until you can obtain a housing voucher instead. Management is very discriminative against people with disabilities. The walls are paper thin, and neighbors are not always respectful. If you try to stick up for your right to enjoy your dwelling, you can be rest assured they will say you are harassing them. Do not rent here ever no matter your circumstance.
