Worst place to ever rent. The management is useless and they don't even do their jobs. Call to make a noise complaint and there is no follow up. They do a entry walkthrough without us and just look inside when the previous tenants leave...then when we move out they send a different person who looks through everything and we get hit with cleaning charges for areas we didn't even use because we were only in there for 1 month. We had to leave because the roof is paper thin and you could hear the people above us stomping around ... read more
Great place to relax. Nice quiet area. Nearby are all the necessary shops, schools, libraries, playgrounds within walking distance. Wonderful landlords who help solve problems in a timely manner and always make contact.
Been living here for 1 year so far and I love it here. The rent is great for a 2 bdrm, with water included. We have our own entrance and patio. The land is maintained very well. They take good care of the garden and foliage. The landscape in front of my suite is nice, makes me feel close to nature. Lawns are maintained in the summer, pathways cleared/sanded in the winter… They also respond very quickly to any requests or repairs that need to be made, which from my experience is within 24 hrs.
