My experience staying at this shelter was extremely negative. The manager, Anna Kapka, behaved very rudely, was disrespectful, mocked me during our discussions about my move, and even made threats. I think it’s important to warn others: be prepared that Anna will create additional difficulties and do everything possible to make your departure as challenging as possible. My friends eventually moved into that shelter, but the manager’s behavior left a very unpleasant impression. She repeatedly waved her hand, gestured that I wasn’t needed, and essentially pointed to the door for me to leave. This kind of treatment was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
The management, represented by Anna, is completely unprofessional and behaves inappropriately.
