Quiet nice upscale gym One of the few places which gives you towels. Not alot of folks at this gym and those that are: heavily Franklin Lakes residents. If you don't want to get chatted up by your neighbors while you are sweating then its the wrong place for you.Good smoothie bar. Busiest part of day is weekday mornings after school drop off. Expensive Gym It is a very expensive gym, it's never overcrowded and the place is always clean. Jay teaches his gynastica there and that's why I joined the gym, INCREDIBLE instructor.
