I come in to order pick up for my boss and myself every other week or so and the staff is always welcoming. It doesn't matter what I order from the hot pastrami sandwiches to the steak bomb that I got today, they are always amazing. The flavor is unbelievable and everything is always cooked just right. Definitely one of my top go to places in the Lakes Region to get a sandwich.
Service was horrible ordered delivery. Didn't bring any change first off, put mayo on wrong sandwich and when I called the assistant manager argued with me. Told me I was wrong she was right pretty much. That she knows it was done right. When asked her name she proceeded to tell me it didn't matter. Refused to let me talk to anyone else. This place smells of three day old in the hot sun used elderly lady douches. The food tastes like my asshole after running a half mile at full speed in 90 degree weather.
very poor!! Placed a call for delivery at 745pm and was old that delivery was not available as they were getting ready to close. My order was taken but it was clear that it was an inconvenience. This is not the first time this has happened, and the previous time I ended up ordering from elsewhere. Pretty sure you guys should just close this place up.
My husband and I stopped in for a "famous roast beef" both were ice cold. Toasted rolls cold. Meat cold. Sauce cold. Gross cheese also cold. So unimpressed. Being starving when we stopped typically we'd both eat what we ordered whether it was good or not but we left hungry because we couldn't make ourselves eat it.
