BEST OFFICE IN FLOWER MOUND – My Family has been looking for an optometrist we can rely on for a long time. We met Dr. Mirabal and will never go any where else again. We have a family history of eye problems that are pretty severe and Dr. Mirabal's office is the only one in the area that can handles our needs. . . . . Great doctor. TERRIBLE staff. – Dr. Mirabal is great - very thorough, and willing to take time to talk about what you can and can't see. Highly recommend the doctor. His staff, on the other hand, is terrible. Getting an appointment is almost impossible, as they don't answer the phones. You get told to leave a message, and they do NOT return calls. If you DO manage to get through, they treat you like you're interrupting their very important business. Funny thing... Without the customers, there IS no business. The last time I ... read more
