I can't believe how horribly I was just treated by Casey. My appointment time and day got messed up I never received a text. So then they called and they said it's OK please come in cell it's going to be five dollars every five minutes late I said OK great drive 20 minutes to get there than their phone accidentally called me and I hear Casey speaking saying dude you realize this is an Ozzy doodle we can't see this dog dude this is ridiculous they're already late we're not seeing this person. Lakeside dog grooming has always taken good care of our cocker spaniel. He was a rescue and some anxiety issues. Their careful with him and do a very good job. I won’t go anywhere else.
