My dog got into a fight with a skunk at 630 this morning. Bathed him with what our vet recommended. He still had a bad smell. I called Lakeside Grooming a little before 9 to see if they could squeeze him in. They told me to bring him right in!!! He smells much better! Thank you. You've gained a new customer for sure!!
Very disappointed with their service. Brought my dog there to be groomed and I called them back five hours later wondering why she wasn't done they told me she'd be done in 20 minutes and when I got there they were just starting her face, which was totally uneven and there were spots on her body that were shaved way too close. When I called to express my opinion I left a message on the voicemail and no one even returned a phone call to try to make things right. Terrible service.
Been coming to LDG for over 6 years now. Even after moving, we still make the drive over. Love the employees, they always take good care of my fur baby.
