Terrible, terrible terrible patient relations. This practice works under Septon Dermatology Associates as well. I made an appointment to have a wart removed and the assistant who treated me did absolutely nothing. It was really hard to reach a manager because this practice has no after hours voicemail and they've directed their answering service not to take non emergency messages. I have been a patient of Lakeside Dermatology since 2015. My experience with the physicians and practice have been excellent. Dr. Arroyo's reputation for her knowledge and expertise are definitely evident and earned. She works hard to provide the best care to her patients. Have been a patient for 2 years. Arrived today at 7:45 am for an 8:00 am appointment. At 7:59 the receptionist asks if I have referral. They emailed me twice, called and left me message, plus texted me for appointment reminder. Then they turn me away because my referral expired. They would have known this would happen when they scheduled my follow up visit 6 months ago. Office is totally inept!
My family and I have been with Dr. Arroyo for years. It's a busy office but worth the wait. Dr. Arroyo has a great bedside manner and is the best around. We always receive great care and definitely recommend Lakeside!
