There needs to be an option to leave 0 stars for organizations like Lakeside Counseling. While my doctor was outstanding and wonderful, the practice is run by greedy and abusive receptionists (one of whom is related to the director) who lack basic communication skills. I will be reporting them to every entity possible and I am so sorry to anyone who has had a similar experience to me.
