I have lived here 5yrs now and the landlord has gotten worse over the years! First off almost every maintenance issue I've had and brought up hasn't been fixed for example someone fell thru my porch and 2 summers later it still hasn't been fixed! The front porch is falling apart and separates from the house when u step onto it which my father temporarily fixed it. omg this dude. He knew he wasn't going to rent to me before we talked and still tried to get another $20 for another application fee. I'm a perfect tenant with a excellent job. So clearly he wants to hassle people and take their money. So shawn your mobile home wasn't really all that. Get off your high horse and stop taking people's money.
