Shawn literally just took me and my wife's money
I have lived here 5yrs now and the landlord has gotten worse over the years! First off almost every maintenance issue I've had and brought up hasn't been fixed for example someone fell thru my porch and 2 summers later it still hasn't been fixed! The front porch is falling apart and separates from the house when u step onto it which my father temporarily fixed it.
