I have been at Lakeside Commons for many years and I do not plan on leaving any time soon. The building/grounds are clean. Management is friendly. Residents are nice. Walking distance from downtown Menasha and a public transportation line. Plenty of fun events downtown during the summer.
Friendly people fine management
Their maintenance man is a bully and then lies about it. Worst place I have ever lived as they never cared if people living there are a nuisance. Cops getting called ALL the time out there. 1/10
Clean place. Manger friendly..could use a little more handy cap parking. Residents ok.
