Better be rich..
This is a lovely place for student living. I stayed here for a few weeks during a transition from one living situation to another, and it was great. The staff are all young professionals--former students--but they are kind, responsible, understanding, and professional. Hannah, the new manager, is an absolute joy to work with, and made my life easier in SO many ways during a very stressful time. I'm giving one star because the units are nice and some of the people that work there are nice. The new management is awful. Asset Living is a total JOKE. If you think they will help you are wrong. We reached out the regional director and above repeatedly and zero response. I'm hoping they see this and maybe then they will respond. Like others said, the internet is always down, good luck knowing you have packages or finding them, the shuttle runs when it wants to, maintenance is sometimes good, sometimes not. As much as I love the people that work here, I hated living here. There were so many things that just made me glad to move out. First off, as a ton of others mentioned, the wifi goes out CONSTANTLY- at one point, three days. I was lucky enough to own a car, so I could drive to the library on campus. Everyone else can take the shuttle- oh wait, it only runs when it wants to. The 2022-2023 school year was pretty consistent, but this year was crazy. If it did happen to show up, it was off schedule.
