Most of the time I get quick oil changes and tire rotations done here. The only issue I’ve ever had was when my back windshield wiper on my 2022 Trailblazer needed repair, no one at the place knew how to replace it. So they accidentally broke it, but they bought a new one for me and replaced it for free. It was an inconvenience but they apologized about 50 times and made the situation right. I would recommend this place since they are usually fast and I don’t have a problem with oil and tire.
It’s going downhill they take forever to do anything it’s time to look for a new service for my Chevy
Big guy at the parts departament (wish he had a name tag) was just mean, he seemed like he didn't even care what I had to say, or what I was looking for. After I gave him my whole what part I need story, he said "my computer is down can't help you" ... why not tell me that when I walked in, it is the part departament... "I'm sorry sir but my computer is down it'll be a while before I can do anything to help you, terribly sorry about the inconvenience"
