They say what they do, they do what they say. My transmission was failing. I brought my car to Lakeside, the problem was diagnosed correctly. I opted to have the transmission replaced. The quote I was given was below Kelly Blue book fair price for an independent to perform this service. The time it should take to complete service is 1-2 days which they did once the parts were obtained. They used OEM parts in my case which took longer to obtain.
