Great place to live, has a great view with a nice natural lake with swans and ducks nice peacefull place to live. My apartment has new appliances and nice quality new carpet with built in microwave. This is the best place to live in Plainfield, our Air Conditioning broke and they fixed it in a couple of hours, and all of my neighbors have had positive experiences with prompt maintenance.
when you ask for something to be done or if you have a problem with something it would be nice to know that someone is looking in to it.Not here,they could care less. The office is always closed and the maintance is never done.Trust me, you dont want to live here.
I live in Lakeside last year when Linda and Tim where there and I loved it. I called yesterday to get some stuff faxed to my new apartment and I talked to some new guy named Darrin. He was the most hateful person I have ever talked to in my life! He flat out told me that he had his own problems, he could name them right now for me, I dont live there anymore so I am no longer a priority. I lived there for a year I spent 7,500.00 dollars that year on rent! I was never late on rent, never complained about anything and cleaned m... read more
