RecommendedI love this place! We have only been here for a little over a month now and the way I feel now, we will be here for many years. From the office staff to the grounds keepers to the maintenance guys, IT'S PERFECT. I am not shy and say hi to everyone I encounter and everyone is so kind and welcoming. We have 3 pools! I absolutely love living here! The grounds are very well kept and the area is beautiful. It's very peaceful and quiet! The maintenance is very quick and knowledgeable about their job. The office staff is one of the best around. Anna and Crystal are amazing. I would recommend anyone to move here!
I’ve been living here for two years and don’t think about leaving anytime soon! The staff from the leasing office and maintenance are so great. If there’s any concerns(which hardly ever happens) they help us quickly. It’s in a great quiet and safe area, child friendly, pet friendly, never had an issue here. ☺️
My daughter lives here. The property is beautiful and the view is amazing. The staff is so nice and I know she is safe!
the people in the office are Rude and unprofessional, They will withhold mail and package We have them on video saying they do this have forwarded it to US MARSHAL since it is a federal crime to obstruct delivery of any mail. Currently involved in taking them to court for harrassment for 3 different families and unlawful arrests of our son win or lose we are gonna tie them up in court

very well maintained and pet friendly property with very friendly and helpful staff.
My bf and I lived there for almost a year and moved due to school. We never had any issues living there, no pest, no loud neighbors, no issues at all. If we ever moved back to Galveston lakeside would, without a doubt, be our first choice. It was awesome and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Not to mention affordable with a killer view. Thank you so much Ana for everything, you are the absolute best and we will miss you!
