The office staff goes above and beyond all the time. I’ve lived here for five years and gone through three property management companies changeovers. The current people in the office really try to go above and beyond.
As a new resident, I understand that maintenance issues can happen—but I truly appreciate how swiftly and professionally they were handled. Our AC went out on Saturday night, and I reported it through the complex hotline. By Sunday morning, the maintenance team was already on-site to troubleshoot. The issue turned out to be more complex and required a professional contractor. The management team has been second to none. They have been very understanding about my situation and worked with me to solve it. They always speak to you when you enter and are eager to help. The maintenance team, despite being shorthanded, has been very professional and has gotten to each request in a timely matter. They are renovating the facility, and it is looking great. Please keep up the good work to make La Frontera a safe and nice place to live.
