Kolbi is genuine and truly cares about people. She has been so helpful and supportive throughout so challenging times and she fixed the issues within hours on something we have been waiting on for along time. She made my wife and I feel heard! The property is older so it’s going to have its issues but honestly for the location and price how can you not live here. The lake is awesome to take our son for walks around!!! Our neighbors don’t bother us. It’s located right next to everything!
I’ve lived here for several months and want to leave some genuine review: The officers are helpful, especially Kolbi. She always response quickly and resolve the issue efficiently. Also, the environment was pretty good overall. You don’t have to throw the trash by yourselves and the neighbors are pretty peace. I like most when I wake up and stretch on the patio. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Kolbi! She has been nothing but amazing. We had a freeze here and she was very very professional! She even brought me a coffee when I wasn’t able to get out on the road. She was so amazing with email updates and getting things done and fixed within hours! She has by far been the best manager this property has had! This property is a hidden gem! The lake is gorgeous at night time and we love watching the turtle!
Listen if you are stuck in a storm with anyone make sure it’s Kolbi! She has been amazing sending out notifications every few hours making sure we had everything we need. She was bringing coffee, bagels, and blankets to everyone in need! This property has been through a lot and she has always be so helpful and on point! I had a maintenance emergency and she had her maintenance team here within 30 mins and they fixed it cleaned up their mess and she called to make sure the job was done right! Currently a resident and so far from what I’ve seen this area is great in terms of affordability and quality housing. Many of the occurrences I’ve had I was able to always get in contact with Kolbi, she made sure, whatever situation I’ve had, get taken care of immediately. In comparison to my last complex this one beats it by a long shot!
