I really appreciate the work they did for us finding my dog his same insulin when we were out of town. I trust them and wished they had 24/7 care as I would rather give them my money than a different doctor. They have always squeezed my pets in if they were sick. Definitely recommend to friends.
My family has been going to Lakeside AH for over a decade. I moved out of the area two years ago but I still make the 4 hour drive to take my cat Rosa to their hospital. I have never met a group of Doctors that are more caring and compassionate than the group at Lakeside AH. My entire family trusts them implicitly with the health of our animals.
Lakeside is the Best there is. My family has been coming to this Vet's office for at least 40 years. We started with Dr. Herman Schatz and now are pleased to be with Dr. Todd Schatz. We have two dogs both of which have had many,many health issues and I can honestly say Todd has gone way above and beyond the call of duty. We could not be more Thankful to have him on our side. The staff is also great, they make sure we get the help we need.
During the last 18 months, we have needed to make the decision to say good bye to both of our dogs - Sophie, our 9 year old Cocker with metastatic cancer, and most recently, Buffy, our almost 16 year old Cocker. The staff at Lakeside were wonderful! They allowed us to have appointments at the end of the day so that we did not have to walk into a waiting room full of people and their pets.
