I normally would never post anything like this but I will not be silent over the terrible, unprofessional manner that I’ve been treated. I have always felt comfortable and happy with the service of Lakeside Animal Hospital up until 1 month ago. There are several situations that have led me to feel this way, beginning with the day I took Bella (my 7 month old lab) to get spayed. DO NOT VISIT LAKESIDE ANIMAL HOSPITAL…..I’ll preface this by saying I think this may be only 1 of 2 negative reviews I’ve ever posted on any company. I’ve been long time customer at this vet & was always satisfied with their service. RecommendedRecently had a pet emergency. Dr. Frione stayed so calm and helped me calm down. She kept me posted and and I /we were very lucky for good results. During this pandemic medical situations are even more stressful, but the staff are so prompt and courteous, it makes the situation so much easier. Definitely recommend them and Dr. Frione! Thank you!
The most caring team around! Very clean facility and the staff puts the care of your animals first. I brought in my outdoor cat after getting into a fight and they treated him quickly and with so much love! 5 Stars - I will be taking my indoor cat here from now on!

I went there today for an emergency visit even tho everything it’s so hard because of everything we going on with pandemic everyone was so helpful and nice specially Angie she made this sad day much easier God bless her and lakeside hospital ❤️my Cinnie was in great hands
