Not sure yet. Went by information on web site to give my Mother a mothers day gift of boarding her cat so she could visit us in Michigan. The cost went from a possible $20 to $22 a day (off site pricing) to $30 a day when she went to check it out. I've emailed them and am waiting on response as to why it is posted as one price, yet she was given another. The extra $13 a day to give him his meds is a let down. It states $3 to $5 per day. Guess I should have called first, now I've let my mom get excited and let down.
In the 46 years we have been going to Lakeside, we have had only the most caring and wonderful vets. We are now with Dr. Feiring and from day one you would think she had known Shadow(a very shy guy) forever. The concern she shows with her follow up calls makes us feel that she wants to hear the good news that he is doing fine. She is beyond pleasant and has been on the floor every time she sees Shadow, that is a great bedside manner.
AMAZING STAFF!!! I started taking Chase, my 3 year old American Bulldog to Lakeside about a year ago when the vet he went to as a puppy mistreated him. About 2 weeks ago he ate a foreign body that caused an obstruction and had to have surgery to save his life. My faith in the Lakeside staff was tested once again. They proved to be the most pet loving, compassionate, and caring group of professionals.
