I don't think your lobby could smell worse if you tried
They were supposed to make a packet for the FAA so that I could get my pilots license. Unfortunately after everything was submitted to them, I never heard anything back. I called and emailed many times but got ghosted. I'm now out thousands of dollars and a possibility of being able to fly.
This is one of the only practices that I feel comfortable going to because you know they actually care. It's unfortunate, but so many doctors offices try to just get you in and out to reach a certain quota of patients and pass all that"savings" in available time and energy onto patients leading to poor quality of care. Not here. You get care and you feel cared for which is so rarely lately
