Everybody, from the receptionist to the Doctor, to the specialist helping me pick out frames, were absolutely amazing!! I truly have never been to a facility where every single person was SO kind, respectful and helpful. I couldn’t be anymore grateful that I chose to go to Lakeshore Professional Eyecare. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!
If you're in the Muskegon area, I definitely recommend Lakeshore Eyecare! Their staff is the best in town & they know exactly what they're doing.

Dr. Totten and his team are amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. Dr. Totten has treated me for chronic dry eye syndrome. His treatment has been proactive and as a result there is very little impact on my daily life. The office. and clinical staff are friendly and efficient. I also love the opticians. I know when I need to get glasses I'm in expert hands. I highly recommend them.
Whoever I talked to on the phone at lakeshore professional eye care was the first person that made me feel like my concerns were valid. The first person that had the information that I needed. I give my absolute highest recommendations to lakeshore professional eye care. Please please take your children there, I was reassured, treated with respect, my questions were answered with all the information I needed, the doctor was excellant with my child, the appointment was proptmly made and the entire process was quick.
Great selection of frames! I’m very happy with my choice. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
