I went to get my shoulder looked at but nothing was done
Been a patient here for about a year and a half. They do a great job. I have found them to be punctual with appointments, efficient, and well organized. Dr. spends a sufficient amount of time and is thorough given the realities of medical treatment in today's world.
I was a new patient making an appointment. I missed ONE appointment and called to reschedule. Set my date, no issues. I get a letter stating they do not want to accept me and are dropping me. I call and she explains because I have missed four appointments. I ask when they are; the one I initially missed, sept 8 at 2 different times and another date. I say to her 1. I have been lucky enough to be going to Lakeshore Primary for many years. I usually go several times a year due to a thyroid condition. The staff is always polite and professional. Mary at reception is especially pleasant and helpful. Dr. Forehand and Kathy Schiele listen and are very thorough with all of my concerns. I am very happy with every aspect of the operations of this office.
