This place is a joke ..... They talk about everyone behind closed doors.. They are liars .. Say one thing and do another thing.. I hope karma hits this place ..
They really done me wrong here.. Over COVID .. Dang if you don’t come in , Dang if you do come in.. They said they would help me but instead said they will not any longer.. I am very hurt how this practice done me , especially when I loved my job..

One of the many, many, MANY reasons why we LOVE Dr. Misti! Regardless of what the visit is for, she makes us actually look forward to going to the doctor (especially Cooper). It’s so much more than a doctor/patient relationship. She pretty much knows everything that goes on in our lives and we couldn’t be more thankful for her sweet soul taking such good care of my babe! ❤️

They are the best. We love them; they love our kids; our kids love them.
My children have been patients at Lakeshore Pediatrics for several years. With the new year our insurance changed and we had not received our new insurance cards. The office manager refused to contact our new insurance provider to get the subscriber number. She stated that we would need to pay for the visit in full or reschedule. With my son being very sick we left and ended up at urgent care. Unacceptable customer service.

So so glad we chose this practice for our baby. Choosing a pediatrician was a very hard decision for me. I only wanted the best, so my decision was based on research and tons of awesome recommendations! From the minute we walked in the door, it felt like home. Each provider is so thorough. I have never feel rushed and every concern I have is addressed. We’ve seen all of the providers and they are all fabulous! ❤️ thanks Lakeshore for taking care of my Ella!
