The grounds are dirty cockroach infested , open drug dealing , management is incompetent allows tenants to harass other tenants and won’t intervene. Their solution was forcing the victims to move. People ride motorcycles on sidewalks. Maintenance is lazy takes several attempts to fix simple things like a sprinkler pipe , fire hazards all the dryer vents covered with chicken wire. Wood rot every building , holes in storage units not fixed in over a year
