The last two times I’ve needed repairs done to my 2014 Subaru crosstrek I have brought it to Lakeshore Hybrid and I will continue to do so! They have replaced both cv axles for me, rotted bushings and the most recent time a right passenger wheel bearing. Both Carl and Tyler are very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. My car each time has been in and out within a day and they even have graciously lent me a loaner each time I need service done so I can still get to work! I unfortunately waited way too long to address the brake issues I was having with my Jeep Compass , so I knew I needed to get it looked at and repaired right away. I made an appointment and had it in two days later , and these guys were so thorough, and found amongst other things a seized caliper. Once I gave the authorization for the repairs I needed , they began working on my vehicle right away, got me set with a loaner , even installing my car seat in the loaner, and ensuring I had a safe way home and back to work. First of all, thank you for being local! I have been trying to find somewhere to bring my (new to me) 2010 Toyota Prius for service. I was amazed at the knowledge, friendly staff, and maintenance report. After I was given my full detailed report that included pictures and videos, they helped me prioritize repairs that needed immediate attention and things I could hold off on.
