Excellent experience each and every time.
Dr. Kassa and his team are wonderful. So patient and kind. I have a phobia when it comes to my eyes, even the thought of putting eye drops in or seeing someone else put drops in their own eyes makes me cringe and feel queasy and light headed. I have to have cataract surgery which is coming up and while I am still scared about it they have just been so wonderful that I feel a little less anxious with Dr. Kassa and his team on my side.

The fictir, and his staff put me at ease, answered all my questions, and explained things in a way that was easy to comprehend, without talking down to me. If the surgery is as great as the intake appointment I should be seeing 20/20 again in no time..
