I had a great experience as a new patient at Lakeshore East Dental Arts. The office was clean, modern, and very inviting. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming and transparent about my co-pay, which I really appreciated. This was the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. My appointment time was AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME. no line no wait. My visit went as planned in less time than I was quoted. I was in and out and back to work. Everyone was so kind. The dentist explained everything to me step by step. Had a crown break while visiting Chicago. They were able to see me the next day, and they processed my insurance even though I was from another state. Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Latest equipment and technology. They were able to replace my crown that day. Great experience. So glad I found them.
