Very frustrating to try to reach by phone. After about seven layers of automated response to press 4, press 1, etc., I finally reached a person. I had a terrible telephone connection, the voice was distorted and cutting out, but I didn’t want to hang up and go through the long automated phone ordeal. She ultimately (and rudely) SCREAMED the answer and then hung up. After getting beyond that, the appointment went well.
