DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have a busy schedule. There are hardly any times available to schedule an appointment and if you schedule an appointment and happen to miss it, they leave a voice mail asking for you to contact them and when you do try to reschedule they tell you they can NO LONGER SEE YOU, but will gladly send your records over to whatever new dentist you find. I missed an appointment due to a death in the family. To me this shows no loyalty to your customers. Basically you get a good luck find somewhere else.
I highly recommend this dental office. The staff are very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They get down to the bottom of your insurance policy and make sure you are taken care of. They make you feel very welcome at the front door. The dentist does amazing work. Dr. Jam is caring and patient. He listens to you and treats you as a whole person, not just the tooth issue. He is very thorough and runs an honest/ trustworthy practice. He is an artist and a problem solver.
The staff at Lakeshore are always kind, professional and responsive. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. They are always easy to work with as far as scheduling or rescheduling if that need arises. Dr Jake and all the hygienists have been nothing short of amazing. I wish I could give bonus points for the text reminders - no more postcards to be lost or forgotten! �
I am so impressed. I was supposed to have my first appt. today with Lakeshore Family Dentistry. Due to the snow, the office is closed but the dentist himself went into the office to call all of the patients to reschedule. You don't see that every day! Looking forward to meeting him next week!
I'm new in the area had a dental problem call got a appointment dr. Jake and his staff for excellent would recommend this to anyone after being with one person 35 years was a little skeptical about a new dentist nothing to worry about could not have found a better place quick easy painless
Doctor Jake and his staff have always done a great job; they are efficient, kind and professional. Recently Doctor Jake went above and beyond by helping some young refugees that had no insurance by filling some cavities that were causing them pain. He and his staff took x-rays and provided services that they could not have received anywhere else. Thank you so much for all your kindness!
Best bedside manners of any dentist and dental hygienist I have met...They did an amazing job on my daughter-in-law yesterday. She had 5 fillings & 2 teeth pulled making It about a 2 hour visit but instead of being irritated or miserable from all the work she had done, you cannot help but to leave there with a smile. Honestly the most incredible dentists I have yet to meet so a big thank you Lakeshore Dentistry for making dental work feel like a gathering of friends �
Absolutely the best place to go! I have always been terrified of the dentist but from the moment I walked into LakeShore and met with Dr. Jake it has been nothing but amazing! All of the staff are great!
