I lived here for about 3 years. The staff was always nice. Maintenance was the best and kept area clean and whenever I needed something to be fixed they took care of it in a timely manner. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I never felt unsafe living here. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the gate would be broken often due to weather or someone crashing into it. DONT MOVE HERE!! The parking lot sits right in the middle of all the buildings, and it turns into a hangout spot for people squatting in their cars, revving engines, and blasting music at all hours. The noise echoes everywhere, making it impossible to get peace and quiet. Management is the biggest problem. They refuse to take responsibility even when the issues are right in front of them.
