I’ve lived in sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and Norcross, and this is by far the best complex I’ve stayed in. The two bedroom is so cheap with a great washer and dryer. I love that it’s gated and the leasing office/maintence are great and always responsive! My only con was the one bedroom. It’s overpriced and too small. Also if you get the apartments near the front of the complex right by the creek, expect to have a gnat INFESTATION! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Seryah is a blessing to this apartment complex. Her and maintenance crew have tried everything to make this leasing term work. Lets start from the beginning I have been in contact with my property manager over the last month about these problems that's been happening since late December 2023. I over appreciate the customer service here! They are very communicative and understanding. My favorite 2 people are Syera and Tiffany. They handled my situation so delicately, everything was professional and they made me feel comfortable enough to move! The place is upgraded and the amenities are to die for! Everything is upgraded and neat!
Quiet and clean community. The staff is kind and welcoming. Syera was very professional, informative and just hands down amazing! They actually care about your comfortability and safety. Highly recommend if you're looking for your new home!!
