RecommendedLakeshore collision does out standing work, I have had my truck in twice due to deer damage. The truck comes out looking like new. I also have to give testimony to Bob’s commitment to customer service. The last time my truck was in, there was a parts mix up, Bob went above and beyond to ensure the problem was taken care of. If you need body work done lakeshore collision is with out doubt the correct shop to take your vehicle to.
Great communication and Quality Workmanship. Had issue with communication with insurance company, delayed my repair work by over two days. Given a Free loaner car (thanks Bob), but he needed it back in a few days as it was assigned to another repair coming in. Bob, informed me he'd work Saturday and Sunday so I could have my vehicle back quicker. My RAM was ready at 1PM on Sunday. So Happy!!
Top notch customer care and the work they did on my truck was fantastic. Was told 10 days for completion and they called after 6 days saying my truck was done! It looks better than the day I bought it! Highly recommend this body shop for any repairs you may need. Thanks Bob and staff for a job well done!
Lakeshore Collision took our truck in while we were on vacation and had the repairs completed before our return! We never had to see the damage done and Bob was great to work with over the phone. The repair was amazing and truck looks like new again!
