Disappointed. Myself and my husband have been told you can’t mention a second concern without making another appointment. This clinic has changed in the last few years and not for the better. Where is the actual care for patients and people. It’s not just all about making money. My husband came home extremely frustrated and it’s not ok.
Made an appointment for a referral for a potential serious condition. Got a phone call a few hours later, saying that I was no longer a patient and had to reschedule a several weeks later.
I made an appointment with Dr. Rachel Pontemayor and had to wait for 3 weeks to see her. She canceled it the day before the appointment (less than 24 hours) because she was not going to be in the office. I had to reschedule an appointment and was told I had to wait for another month to see her. Not responsible to patients at all. Not recommended!
