Im so happy I have Dr Jain and his team. Everyone is so polite and Dr Jain definitely knows what hes doing, I will always recommend him.

Excellent experience, always took time to explain what was going to be done and what to expect.
The receptionist who refers to herself as "Steph" is extremely rude and dismissive and speaks to people in a condicending manner. This person should not be answering phones and speaking to anyone. Not only is she rude but she took 2 days to "review" my toddler with a broken arms chart before she could set an appointment for a toddler with a broken arm. THEN this incompetent snob proceeded to tell me the next day that the Dr said that I should follow up with my child's pediatrician and not them which apparently is unheard of.... read more
