bring lunch if you decide to come here they will have you here for 5 hours just sitting in waiting room so they can get more money from you. this office has no clue what's going on. the doctors stand back ther laughing in small groups instead of actually working. there are 4 people on this officewaotong to be seen. last time it took 3 hours to have dr call me back. they just have us sit here to get more money from insurance. they are like oh workmans comp please sit 5 hours while we do nothing. called to let the know I will be roughly 5 minutes late because I was currently working midnights, after being bounced around 5 times to different girls they said I have to completely reschedule my appointment.
My son was just down in Indiana for a basketball tournament (we are from Wisconsin) During that tournament the unthinkable happened and my son broke both his Tibia and Fibula in his right leg. Dr. Kralovec was the best surgeon we could've ever happen to get in this situation. The day after the break he fit him into his schedule to repair his leg. I had a blood infection that went to my artificial hip, that I had replaced nine years ago. Dr. Kralovec was very quick to act on this! He did x-rays, bloodwork up and the surgery all in the same day. He was able to do a partial hip replacement and clean out the infection. He took the time and was very patient to make sure I understood the urgency and what my options were. He did his residency at Mayo clinic and his fellowship at Harvard.
