Not only did this company flop on a PAID $2,000 job, they did it with cowardliness. This was sent from a friend: "Don't use Lakeshore Aquascape . Paid approx $2,000 for Christmas lights on a memorial tree for our stillborn son. This year they said Sorry for the delay. We can not do the tree lights this year. We are a local volunteer organization who take care of the Monet Garden of Muskegon. The owner, Dennis, was supposed to take care of our pond. He has been very unreliable. We are older women and had to open the pond ourselves after many, many phone calls for help. We are now without pond services and need someone else to help, since this company will not respond to our calls. ccompany has been very unreliable. We pay for this service and
Paid over $1000 to have Christmas lights/decorations professionally installed, maintained, taken down, and stored. It is now mid-March and they’ve not been taken down. We have dead yellow fresh garland on the house and Christmas lights we can’t reach. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. We now may have to pay hundreds of dollars to rent a man lift to reach to top peaks of our house and take everything down on our own.
A great place to get pond related items staff is very helpful and friendly I would recommend this place to anyone looking to start a pond or has one needing supplies
