LRH is a great facility with alot of compassionate employees!!!
Words can not even express my utter shock of the service we did NOT receive in the ER. I can handle a wait time, but not terrible customer service. Its obvious that for the staff working today, it's clearly just a job and not a profession. They should all review what caring compassionate care means....because it's obvious that perhaps they have forgotten. They don't even deserve a single star.
