Worse place to go to! Horrible horrible experience
My mom who is 72 went for a xray and someone went through her purse and stole her credit card and $20. WOW. that is low stealing from someone that age. the $20 was for her to have something to eat since she had to be fasting for the xrays.
HORRIBLE...after my mom waited hours .....received no services....we just left...IF I WAS A DOCTOR ....I WOULD NEVER REFER ANY OF MY PATIENTS THERE FOR SERVICES...AND I TOLD HER DOCTOR I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN HIM FOR REFERRING HER THERE ....THE ONLY REASON THEY RECEIVED A RATING OF ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THE ASSISTANT AT THE FRONT DESK AGREED WITH ME ...NEVER AGAIN NO MORE AND WILL TELL EVERY DOCTOR I KNOW OF THIS PLACE...
Lo peor en atencion al paciente, no se respetan los appoiments , ponen 3 y 4 app para la misma hora, una espera de 3 y 4 horas con appoiments para tan solo un ultrasonido, Increíble la mala atención y el poco personal que tienen trabajando...... Los dueños no leen estos rewiew? Deberían
Es primera vez que vengo pero la Atención es muy buena y donde quiera tienes que esperar tu turno hay muchas personas y la espera es necesaria
Lo peor que hay en atención, no tienen respeto por los pacientes ni educación, mas de 4 horas solo para hacer un x-ray

Awful customer service; extortion tactics. They waited until the day of my wife's appointment (3 weeks of wait) to tell us the procedure is not covered by our insurance, despite our insurance's website indicating they are in network and my own calls. My wife called from the place to tell me this, I asked her to put them on the phone, and they refused to speak with me. After repeated requests to speak with them I finally got them on the phone.
