La espera es de 3 horas demasiadas personas en un mismo sitio la persona que me hizo el ultrasonido protestando pq había a tendido a 10 personas desde las 8 de la mañana escribiendo en la servilleta. si no tienen condiciones mejor que cierren

The worst customer service ever.I did an exam at Okland and the employer Jennifer (person who did my breast exam)was very rude and unprofessional.
I had a appt for a MRI at 9:00am and wasn’t seen till 12:00 pm. The insurance department didn’t even call the insurance to get authorization. I had a letter stating it was cleared with the authorization number and they kept telling me it was not good enough. I spent my entire day here Will never go to this place again.
I have a speech problem nobody was home so l have to answer the phone they said l have to go and have aMRI done when l tried to talk to them they put me on speaker and everybody was laughing at the way l sound.lcall my clinic and told them to cancel.l made myself the appt in another place.lwill never go there lwill NOT recommend this place to nobody.NO respect for patients.
I had to wait for 3 hours to do a ultrasound. Ridiculous... patients that came after me went in .
