Poor quality homes, cheap warranty. My home is not even a year old yet, it is falling apart. So what it has a warranty right? Yes, but getting the crook that does request to fix it, not going to happen. They told me if I exspect my home to look new I better have a million dollars to spend. Flaws are one thing but they installed broken cabnets in my house and they will not fix them. how do I count the ways they have disappointed us ? Sighed in January first week and here it is almost the end of May and still waiting on them to finish production . When we ask for a date that they will complete a task they play footsie and lie around it . they do more damage to things they have already completed so they have more things to finish . Hmm, where should I begin, Lakes of Summerville made my first time home experience a nightmare! The advertising price is just bait to lure you in to really get their "hooks" into you. The advertised price of 591 is on big bright signs everywhere and then HOI, HOA, taxes, and upgrades are slid in which will skyrocket your mortgage easily to high 8's to low 9's. Problems getting process started Many back and forth questions at first. Follow ups on my questions were not always done. Not real happy so far. I am still not sure what I am getting in the long run. Reminded me of buying a car, only worse!

great for retirement – My husband and I are from the North. We bought a townhome for retirement. The Baron floor plan is great for the 2 of us. We are across from the pool, which we enjoy very much in the spring and fall when it is getting cold here. We have met some really great neighbors. We have also met people from the North. Our only complaint would be the grass. We realize it is very hot and dry but the back yards were not finished quite right. Otherwise, we love the South.

High Quality, Low Price – I was reluctant to even visit this place based on the reviews above, but when I noticed he didn?t even have the correct address, and a username of Bobsucks, it looks more like a competitor bashing. Please only write real reviews!!! Not the best – If you want a decent cheap house, this company is okay. But, if you want something that will have some value more than ten years down the road without the hassle of amateur low budget developers, there are better choices in the area comparable in price. The Developer is absentee and focused on doing things on the cheap. That usually ends up in the HOA and home owners individually footing the bill for problems the Developer should fix but refuses to cooperate on.
