Lakes of Carmel We have lived at Lakes of Carmel for two years now and have really enjoyed our time here. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful and the maintenance team has always been diligent in fixing issues if we had them. There has always been plenty of parking and we feel very safe in the community. We are saving for a home and love the size of the apartment for the price. Overall, we would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking in Carmel.
anticipating mvg in, but haven't as yet. The sq feet is larger than most, but the living room in the one bedroom is not conducive to furniture placement and small. Plenty of storage and the little den cute. Overall, nice. Great location.
Worst Apartments in a great city I live there for 3 yrs and always had issues with the management and staff. They are rude and unprofessional and treat you like a 3rd class citizens.
Beware of the management company/staff The biggest drawback, and the reason I would NEVER recommend the complex, is the office staff and “management” company of Lakes of Carmel. Where to start about the “management” company and sales staff. Most of the girls in the office don't have much of a say in how things go, so I'll let them off the hook. Stay Away If you move out you will help them pay for all the remodeling that they are doing. I got a big bill and some of it they had no invoices for and I was told that is just how they do the work. So be very very careful before moving here.
