Nice place to live. Animal friendly. Clean and maintained. Great maintenance staff, including emergency staff on weekends and after closing. Friendly office staff who take great care of you and your concerns. Older buildings that are constantly being updated and remodeled. Plenty of parking, handicapped accessible.

Next November when my lease is up and they ask why I'm leaving a home I've enjoyed for the past 15yrs,my answer will be the current management team. I leave for work around 1030 in the morning and don't return until after 930. When we first got the trash service I was told that it was OK to put my trash out before I go to work. Current management confiscated my trash can because I put it out at 1030 yesterday on my way to work. DO NOT move into Lakes Edge Apartments. They knowingly leased my family an apartment above a 15 year resident that is a chain smoker. We moved our furniture in and then realized the situation. We never stayed there at all. All of stuff smelled disgusting. The company refused to give back the $500 prorated rent we paid for May before moving in. We had to move twice, pay for a moving truck twice and wash/clean everything.
