Misdiagnosed skin condition and treated wrong area. Tried twice to get rescheduled and correct treatment. Second time I contacted them I called the reactionist first to get their office managers email, then sent an email giving the details to follow up on being retreated. No one answered my email.

When i finally saw doctor he said that threading wont help me, which was ok. While he continued pulling my face like i am a sharpei, critisizing it, WITHOUT OFFERING ANY SOLUTUON. They are really great at what they do. My skin looks so much healthier since I have been using all their treatments, facials and lotions.
when scheduling appt, we told reception that i had the same insurance covered by a friend the previous year. they OK'd the appt. on day of appt after arriving there, was told that the ins was no longer covered - just wish this was disclosed beforehand (i'm currently maintaining a stressful school+work life and this was a hassle to arrange time for) not giving 1 star bc the receptionist was very nice and it just seemed to be an honest error. the bldg is very well kept, clean.
