My experience was really good. Everyone there was friendly and very caring. To tell you how friendly the staff is here is a little story a true story. I was originally suppose to see them back in November but I had a dog that became very ill and I had to cancel 3 different times. Lakes Dental sent me a get well card for my dog, Who does that???
