Nice facility, good people, quality care, but I was offered a fluoride treatment....I had not had this before and it was explained that it was a standard procedure that helps strengthen teeth. Never was it explained there was an additional cost, never was I explained that this may not be covered by insurance and never was it explained that a majority of insurance providers do not cover this procedure as it is seen as a supplementary procedure. I am new to the area and chose this office because they accepted my insurance. I feel very lucky it was here! The staff was very kind, gentle, and explained all options to me. Needed emergency care. Set up an appointment for that afternoon at 1:00...They called me back and got me in almost immediately! Extracted 3 teeth that had become infected. Excellent work was done and I felt better almost immediately! Couldn't have asked for better service on such short notice!
