If you want what’s best for your loved ones, don’t bring them to Lake’s Crossing! Residents are not properly taken care of by employees / caregivers! Residents are left to lay in their own urine and feces. Employees are not properly trained to care for your loved one! Currently, there are at least two lawsuits pending against Lake’s Crossing by family members of residents.
RecommendedEverything! The attention they give to all the seniors, the love they show them every day, the clean and beautiful place they have, the meals they make them, the arts and crafts they constantly do with them, bingo, spa days, just everything! Wonderful people work there, caring and loving. Always grateful for the care they give.

This facility is nice and clean with a caring and attentive staff.
It is top notch. I love it. Wonderful atmosphere and very welcoming.
I took my dog today to pet therapy where I was welcomed with a smile. I stayed about an hour. All the seniors I saw were very happy and well cared for. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. The facility was also very clean.
Great new facility and attentive staff. If you haven't been to Lakes Crossing you should go and ask for Brandy Serrato and she will give you a tour
The Admin and Staff are awesome, Building is super clean, Kitchen is out of this world and the COFFEE is always hot. Good Luck.
