When I applied, I was told $200 of the $280 fee would be refunded if I didn’t choose to rent. Ethan assured me this was the process. I ended up renting closer to work. Ethan has now blown off over 6 phone calls requesting my refund. There people are not honest. Do not apply to rent here!

I got lied to by the leasing agent. My first weekend here after moving in, I watched someone keying another tenants car. They tell you one car per apartment, but most people in my building have 2 or 3 vehicles. If you want to park anywhere near your building you will have pay for a reserved parking spot. Your lease says its 35 $ but they make you pay 50. Nothing is enforced that would protect you or your family from other tenants, the only enforcement is their policies that they change whenever they decide they want to. This... read more

I did some work on their golf carts for the staff at the apartment complex The price was agreed upon before the work was done. Once the work was done invoice was submitted for payment upon receipt the management team cat and Alicia played. The my boss has the credit card. I can never get a hold of her and she basically blocked me. This is a $3400 bill at the apartment complex or the management staff simply doesn’t want to pay.
