I did some work on their golf carts for the staff at the apartment complex The price was agreed upon before the work was done. Once the work was done invoice was submitted for payment upon receipt the management team cat and Alicia played. The my boss has the credit card. I can never get a hold of her and she basically blocked me. This is a $3400 bill at the apartment complex or the management staff simply doesn’t want to pay. Just pocketing the money and not doing any work. We shall see about that Roaches outside because neighbors put trash outside, roaches inside the apartments just having a FIESTA!!!Dog owners let dogs poop everywhere, poor maintenance of the property, there is poop and trash in the bushes, in the front and back of the property. Maintenance man speaks 0 ENGLISH so there's that.

Wanna say that for the price of the apartments you get a full pool, gym and laundromat. helpful maintenance people like Wes. Who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful around the apartments. not only for the community by helping the residents if he can informally do so Need more Wes.
