Lakes At Northport has done and continues to do a major turn around. Night and day difference. Staff is very professional!
The property this past month has made a massive turnaround in quality and quantity of work being done. The landscaping itself shows that it's really trying to do better from the prior management company and since I believe the new company called BH has taken over, it's a night and day difference on property. The two standout technicians that I've noticed is I believe their names are Dan and Travis. Really making it work on site, and Matt's pretty good too
There is a change in management and they are doing a lot of work. They are managers concerned about the community. My experience, although I no longer live there, was very satisfactory. I was treated with respect and always willing to help. Thank you, Abdiel and Matthew. I wish you the best, blessings to you.
