I've not had air conditioning for a week. It is July in South Carolina. The maintenance is so lazy that they close maintenance tickets without even looking. Management does not respond to emails. Your utility bills will more than make up the difference between the lower rent here and somewhere decent. Stay away.
I wish I could give zero stars and still leave a review. I’ve lived here since January of 2024 and it’s been nothing but issues. The biggest issue is that my AC does not work properly. It runs, but it blows out hot air. While writing this, it’s 95° in my apartment. They’ve gone through at least 3 maintenance guys and all of them say it’s something different that’s wrong but no one has found and fixed the actual problem.
