8/13/2025 - my air conditioner is operational as of this afternoon. Thank you to management & maintenance for addressing the issue. 8/10/2025 - to owner response: thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, after 4 tickets the air conditioner has remained unable to even cool to outside temperature as of today. I opened another as there were none outstanding with the issue. 🚨 WARNING: READ BEFORE YOU RENT HERE 🚨 ZERO stars if I could. This place is an absolute disgrace, and the neglect is beyond comprehension. Management is incompetent, dishonest, and indifferent to residents’ safety, health, and basic living conditions. 1. HVAC NIGHTMARE & MOLD: We went without AC for OVER A MONTH despite submitting multiple work orders. I've not had air conditioning for a week. It is July in South Carolina. The maintenance is so lazy that they close maintenance tickets without even looking. Management does not respond to emails. Your utility bills will more than make up the difference between the lower rent here and somewhere decent. Stay away.
