Do not move out here. This is the worse complex I have ever lived in Columbia. They keep going through property managers. Mrs. Teri was the person who moved me in THIS MESSED UP UNIT and She is no longer here. It take them 2-4 weeks to fix one issue. DONT MOVE OUT HERE!!!! As SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP IM LEAVING. There are constant leaking issues and A/C issues. You will see people using windows units which is crazy because they state central air is in ever unit. I love living at the Lory! My move in was great and thorough. I love the area of the property I live in. My apartment is nice, cozy and quiet! Anything I need, Ms. Sylinthia helps me with no problem.
I had a great tour experience with the leasing agent! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to picture myself living there. She made the entire process comfortable and gave me a great impression of the community.
