I had a great experience living in this apartment complex for 3 years. The community was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team was always responsive and professional. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the overall atmosphere made it a comfortable place to call home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant living experience.
Update: 05/26, the new manager Terri has been wonderful at helping remedy the poor experiences from the past. The maintenance man Chris was AMAZING at finding the problem with my AC and then actually fixing it! I wish I could give zero stars and still leave a review. I’ve lived here since January of 2024 and it’s been nothing but issues. The biggest issue is that my AC does not work properly. It runs, but it blows out hot air. Do not move out here. This is the worse complex I have ever lived in Columbia. They keep going through property managers. Mrs. Teri was the person who moved me in and got shit done. She is no longer here. It take them 2-4 weeks to fix one issue. DONT MOVE OUT HERE!!!! As SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP IM LEAVING. There are constant leaking issues and A/C issues. My experience went well with Ashley She was very sweet Unfortunately the apartment had shoddy workmanship which concerned me I won’t go into a list but the big one was the way the kitchen cabinets were painted covered in dry drip marks all over them My 7 year old granddaughter could have done a better job
Very clean when I tour on Tuesday it went smooth I like everything about the apartment. The young lady was very clear about what was asked and gave back excellent information.
