This place has the outward appearance of being a nice place (the pool area is nice, the new flooring in the apartments is nice) but when it comes to the things that are actually important such as the upkeep of the apartments and the management of the community it could not be worse. Since I have moved in (6 months ago) I have had my toilet leak several times, my dishwasher has never worked, my dryer has never worked, my refrigerator is constantly broken, and I had a huge leak... Don't Move Here! This complex discriminates against college students! Every student I know has been evicted prior to the end of the lease for nonsense reasons. The complex keeps the very large security deposit and last month's rent. They evicted my roommate and me while we were OUT OF TOWN for a month during the summer. They left the eviction notice on the door while we were gone, requesting we move out before we were getting back to town. Then they filed a legal eviction notice and are claiming bogus damages way above the d... read more

excellent place to live, This has been a great place to live. They got the power up fairly quick with generators after 2 hurricanes It is kept clean. The maintenance staff is great and johnny on the spot.
